Customer Service Representative

Veterinary hospital and urgent care center is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative. Our CSR’s primary focus is on client service and communication which are essential to creating a positive and lasting impression. Ideal candidates must have a compassionate, caring, and positive attitude, exceptional communication & customer service skills, and basic computer literacy skills. Primary hours include days/evenings, weekends, and some holidays are required.

  • Experience: Customer service background
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • U.S. Work Authorization (Required)

Veterinary Technician

Veterinary hospital and urgent care center is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team. We encourage our technicians to utilize their skills and training to the fullest in an environment that allows each team member to achieve their potential while fostering personal and educational growth. Ideal candidates should be compassionate, enthusiastic, capable of communicating effectively and maintain a positive and professional attitude. Veterinary Technician Certification desirable but not required. Previous On-The-Job Training required in lieu of certification.
